It's time to update a great bakery still. I'm specifically highlighting their Rosca. This wheel of sweet bread is a treat that goes so well with a cup of coffee, tea or champurado or hot chocolate. I especially enjoy keeping an eye out for piece of rosca which may have the baby Jesus hidden in it. The kings bread is a seasonal delight that comes in many sizes and with or without filling.
I tried the ham torta and it's one of the best tortas I've had in San Diego. It had beans, pickled jalapeño, ham, panela cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The bakery had some really good mexican sweet bread too. This is one of my new fav spots in SD. (FYI do not go to the food truck parked in front of the store. Tacos are not that good)

Great rosca de reyes! I bought the cream cheese filled version. It was one of the best ones I've bought in San Diego. Loved the sweet bread. I will definitely come back to try more breads from this Mexican
