Cali Craft Tacos catered my daughter's graduation party. The tacos were fantastic and everyone was very happy. Communication was professional and I would use them again anytime.
Let me say that San Diego can overwhelm you with taco spots to try, but this place is amongst one of the MUST TRY places. As a chef, I like dishes that make my tastebuds dance without the ingredients being too complex, they nailed it. I will say, the lobster taco is straight imitation lobster, it's a few bucks-not expensive, so I get it; If they could use real lobster with those flavors they put together, it would knock off half of the sweetness for the perfect balance,...
Cali Craft catered our birthday party for 60 people and they were incredible!! Not only was the food delicious - people kept coming up to us saying how flavorful and tender the meat was - but they were super responsive while we prepped for the event and were so accommodating with our horrible weather! It was super rainy and they brought an extra tent so guests wouldn't have to stand in the rain. Can't recommend them enough!
