Red Saloon is the little bar tucked down below it's big daddy upstairs call El Prez. Red's is often less crowded and quieter than all the indoor and outdoor craziness going on upstairs and the food and drinks flow freely down here as well. The key factor about this area that Red's is a part of is its location here in the Promenade. There are other shops and restaurants in the Promenade and there is parking below but most importantly this bar is just a half block...
This is a dive under El Pres(at the moment). Known for its country music and lively late night dance floor. Beer prices are a bit steep for a dive. But the atmosphere is great for people watching. The late night bar staff is friendly and welcoming.

I saw a comedy show here which had a great setup - got roasted as expected - but it was free, so maybe that was the price I paid.
I’m sure this becomes a cool bar/club on busier days - worth a visit for the aesthetics alone.
