The employee saw several of us customers struggling to order with the new drive thru machine and took our orders like normal! This was a huge win for you guys please get rid of the drive thru machine it’s a fight everytime and I think it’s driving customers away. I know my wife refuses to go there now. Just saying…

I decided to try a different CJ because The one I regularly frequent has been getting worse and worse. I forgot how good CJ can be when done right... Taste like they actually changed the fry oil recently!

Showed up at 10:40pm in the drive thru. Sign says they close at 11pm, the guy would not serve me, he told me they were closed. Traveled from NC for a funeral and this is the only place close to my hotel that I could find that was open.

Online it says it closes at 10pm. Today, Nov 15 at 9:52 the guy doing drive thru, head set and all, gives me attitude from inside and tells me they're closed to drive around the drive thru. When I get my food I ask for ketchup and he tells me they're out of ketchup. HOW ARE YOU OUT OF KETCHUP??!!?? So the kitchen isn't putting ketchup in the burgers? Next time, please your customers and give them ketchup even if it's from the kitchen. Not my fault you don't make your ketchup orders on time. Gentleman seemed Indian or Latino. Horrible attitude. Do better.
