Carl's Jr Reviews
Another Carl's Jr. The employee I interacted with was very pleasant and the store clean.
Carl's Jr has become pretty expensive, along with most fast food places in CA, but: the food is still better than McDonald's or Jack in the Box any day, and just wanted to say that the lady with the brown hair & glasses, who appears to be in her 40's (like me) and sometimes closes at this location: is cool as hell and a great worker!
We went through the drive-through around 6 o’clock and had a rather large order as Fridays I usually don’t cook. We also have very picky children who don’t like tomatoes or onions, so we are definitely not the easiest customer, but the cashier Casandra was especially friendly and accommodating. People are usually quick to complain, but we wanted to give a shout out to say that this is our favorite Carl’s Jr. location and thanks for the great customer service.
Carl's Jr. in California offers better food than McDonald's or Jack in the Box, despite increasing prices that are common among fast food places in the area. Customers appreciate the quality of the burgers and the friendly, accommodating service from staff members like Cassandra and Angel. Cassandra, a cashier, is especially recognized for her kindness and helpfulness, making the experience enjoyable even for picky children who dislike tomatoes or onions. The restaurant is described as a nice place where the food is fresh and hot, perfect for family dinners. One reviewer highlighted a positive act of kindness from Angel, who paid for a burger after the customer forgot their wallet, showing the staff's good character. However, some concerns were raised about prices, such as the $3.49 charge for a medium Diet Coke, which was seen as high. Overall, many customers recommend this location for good food and friendly service, making it a favorite among locals.
