We've been to Casa Machado several times in the past year or so. Although service has been inconsistent (sometimes great, sometimes not so much) the food has always been very good! We like both salsas they offer and the all meals we've had were delicious (birria, combos, carnitas, etc) with a good portion size. The margaritas are average - a little too sweet /sour for my preference. The location is a bit odd but it has a decent vibe. We will keep coming back!
My first time visiting Casa Machado and it was a lot better then I was expecting! It doesn't look like much from the outside and the entrance is kind of confusing but once you make your way inside, you're greeted with fun decor and huge windows that overlook the plane runway. The restaurant feels very large and open and even has a big patio. I was told they have margarita flights that are served on a plane so of course I had to order one.
