What’s the point in pick up orders with times to pick up if you guys aren’t going to actually start the meal until we’re actually there and now waiting in another line with other people? Also the chick putting together my meal was so rude it was weird.

The app however is ridiculously off with the promised pickup times for orders. Don’t tell me my order is going to be ready at 6:45 PM. I walked out at 7:20 PM when I wasn’t even in the next 10 names. This creates large crowds of people limiting the efficiency of the restaurant and stressing the crew.
Tasty food and nice workers who didn't mind giving suggestions for what menu items to get. The drink selection includes a variety of specially made teas which were also delicious. Seating areas were clean and well spaced.
