Charleys Cheesesteaks

My wife was at the hospital at Jacob’s medical center came in for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Sure enough, 2-3 hours later I am violently ill throwing up lunch. Now I have food poisoning while expecting my baby boy.

Ordered wings/chicken was completely raw. Lady was not friendly and did not bother to apologize for the completely pink and raw chicken. I would understand if it was rush hour but we were the only customers ordering. Additionally she was flirting and horsing around with her co-worker. Definitely do not come to this establishment. I have no idea how they have a food license. I’ve attached photos showing how the chicken came out.

Glad to see a Charley’s Cheesesteaks in the SD area but still horrible service/attitude, chicken California came with no ranch, dry chicken, bun not toasted.

I am writing to urge individuals to avoid the location! They have violated several health codes in addition to providing rude and disrespectful service to top off my experience. The employee was no where to be found for 5 minutes, which isn’t typically a big deal but when I proceeded to order she had a horrible attitude and barely acknowledged me. Then as she went to pack my food I noticed a lack of gloves after she had just handled the dirty register! Next I looked around and noticed a half drank Starbucks with an open and half eaten lollipop on top next to the meal prep area. Please do not eat here unless you want to eat contaminated food and be respected!

Sunday lunchtime and two employees try to do their best. The Wait is toooooo looooong.

Food is usually good when they don’t mess up my order, which happens almost half the time so I have to make sure they didn’t put onions in my sandwich before I leave now. My biggest problem is that they tried to charge me $3 for a couple dashes of Cajun seasoning on my fries then acted like I was being unreasonable when I questioned it.

pathetic amount of meat for $15 (philly cheesesteak)

Im real observant and think twice when it comes to eating out, and it didnt take long to notice real quick under 3 min that the two food handlers did not have hairnets when it was obvious it was needed and never botherd to wash their hands after working the register, and constantly kept rubing thier noses and face and using the same gloves to also prepare food without changing them out.
