Never had it. So delicious!
Amazing vegan ramen
I'll start off by saying that I'm a dedicated Tajima fan...that being said, Silver Lake definitely satisfied my Tonkatsu Ramen and Pork Bun craving while at UTC. The service was excellent, the facility was clean, and the food was flavorful and cooked right. The pork belly had that slight crispy skin without being dried out and the housing mayo was delightful.
