Mad For Cheesecake villageway

Stopped by Mad for Cheesecake in the Bonita Mall location and tried their ube ice cream in a cup. It was alright - decent flavor. We also got a chance to try their flagship cheesecake, which was good. They have a variety of options, so might be worth checking out if you're in the area

Enjoyed the Japanese cheesecake and boba tea at Mad for Cheesecake in Pacific Highlands Ranch in Carmel Valley. The taro and brown sugar milk teas were very tasty. It was our first time having Japanese cheesecake and we’re surprised it was more like ice cream than an American cheesecake. Loved the opportunity to try something new! Very friendly and quick service. Recommend!

The menu is limited and the cakes are overpriced… but the drinks are good - not to sweet, reasonably priced. popular around 3-4 pm.

the cheesecake was not as fluffy nor creamy as i tried in other japanese store. there is another better choice of cheesecake in town

Solid cakes but definitely not your typical cheesecake. Would still come back tho!

The double chocolate cheesecake is to die for!!!! SO SO SO creamy!!! chocolate cheesecake lovers dream.
Place is super clean, the atmosphere here is always welcoming, and the workers are also SUPER DUPER HELPFUL. 10/10 all around.

Idk the cake was a little off but also expensive, it’s a fad dessert spot, but I appreciate it existing. It was a frozen cake in its defense.

I usually support small business. It's so sad I wanted to order a drink from here. My 2 kids just wanted boba on the side. So I asked to order a drink (brown sugar milk tea) but have the boba on the side and have an extra boba on the side for my kids. The guy behind the counter said the manager doesn't allow to sell a boba drink with boba on the side. ?‍♀️ Ok, well, you lose a customer. I was not just gonna order boba. But it's ok! I'll make boba at home. ? save me from spending my money. This is the 1st boba place that I every seen that won't sell boba on the side.
