“I really love this place. It’s always very clean, and both the staff and the owners are genuinely kind, welcoming, and friendly. Every time I come here, I don’t feel like just another customer — I truly feel like part of the place.
Even when I stop by to pick up orders for deliveries, they always greet me with a warm smile and a positive attitude, which honestly makes a big difference.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place with great people. I highly recommend it.“

“came in the other day and was pleasantly surprised! the cashier was friendly, fast and efficient. i have zero complaints. i did not wait long for my food but the food was still fresh. my fries were seriously the most warm they’ve been from any restaurant. they were seasoned nicely but cooked even nicer. they were crispy, soft, and pretty pillow-y. the sandwich was the real star of the show though. i really enjoyed the flavor of the meat and the melted-ness of the cheese. both my food items were perfectly warm and inviting. i’ve never been to Charley’s before but this visit alone made me realize i already want to come back.“

“What an amazing place! The food is soooo amazing and the staff there are so kind and helpful! Beautiful location. Great place to grab lunch then go for a beautiful walk to spanish landing park! The mediterranean salad and roast beef sandwich was a 10/10!!! I would t care if I had to pay $50 for parking to go there! I would still pay it!“

“These guys definitely know what they're doing with their combinations here! About the beef and chicken bowl and it was a really lovely combination! The rice and hummus and tabouli and made really go well together! Every item on its own is quite decent, but when you mix it all up and have it in one bite it's just beautiful!
Didn't even need the garlic sauce!
Also got the chicken egg roll on the side. It was nice and crunchy and the filling on the inside was flavorful. They cut it into two so you can see what's on the inside as well. So that's kind of cute. I were surprised how it didn't taste as greasy and oily even though it was fried. Definitely recommended.“
