Service was good and quick. Food was meh. I got an old timer burger that was unimpressive.

I wasted points and money on double protein just to get 3/4s a normal serving size of chicken.

Very quick service , friendly and on point . From the server and server on training Freda and food runner - to the folk who always refill our drink without even asking . Very nice experience.

Sat there for 25 minutes waiting to order and nobody came. People weren't concerned about helping anyone for that matter. Bartender saw me and didn't offer any assistance. Time to spend money somewhere else that respects my business,and appreciates me spending my money. Chilli's has turned to trash over the last couple years. Managers take no pride in customer service.

Destiny is so amazing. She is a queen because she gave me the best customer service I have ever had. Literally she made my experience and she made us feel at home :) please go here and ask for destiny!! She was very very nice and understanding :)) 🩶

Visiting from out of town and decided to have dinner at this location.
We were seated at a booth that was dirty had to ask for it to be cleaned. No utensils given
No napkins given, no straws given.
Chips were old, queso was barely warm
We paid for queso and left. Staff not concerned as to why we were leaving.

Food was much better than my hometown Chili's and felt a lot cleaner. My only negative is that we were not greeted for over 10 minutes after being seated.

They truly deserve 0 stars cause they didn’t serve us. We showed up 20 minutes before closing and they refused to serve us because their kitchen was already closed. I understand it can be annoying when people arrive right before closing, but we had our order ready to not inconvenience them too much. But, unfortunately people in healthcare sometimes done get home from work until after 8, so making it before 9 can be difficult. If your hours say you’re open until 10 don’t close your kitchen at 930, especially when half your tables are taken, that’s bad business.

We had the best time tonight at chilis! Fajitas and margaritas are the best. Bartenders very friendly as well. Can’t wait to come back !! :)
