Update:
We went back again and the service and food were much improved! The issues I spoke about in the last review have been resolved. The food was delicious and it came out all at once instead of stagnated. We didn't have to wait for seating which was great, though there was a bit of a wait for the food.

The food was alright, nothing to write home about. The food came out in small batches instead of all together which wasn't the best when in a large group. The servers were very kind and professional. That being said I'd probably go to a different location next time.

Amazing Food, Great Atmosphere, the service was alright. The wait time was relatively short so, if you need something to eat, I'd call this a viable option.

We arrived at 10:30pm. Just wanted to have dessert with family. We didn't want to sit on the side where alcohol is served, so requested to just open one table on the other side, but were denied. Bad customer service.

I placed an online order and I found this in my fries. Definitely ruined my appetite.

Not sure how an order can be messed up so badly. Ordered the chicken crispers with Mac and cheese and fries. The only thing in the container is the chicken. My son had the smokehouse meal and it was missing the sauces he ordered. The reviews on Yelp were not good but thought I’d give them a try seems that was a mistake.

I would give more stars if they had not mixed my steak with the fries which made them spoiled and Soggy and uneatable. The larger issue for the two stars is that the employees when I went to pick it up seem to be annoyed when I was there to pick up the order and is basically through/slip my bagged order across the counter and said have a good one. They did not want to verify it was my order they just wanted me out of the restaurant I picked up my order and I said get out of the restaurant. I might order again and just do so with the expectation I'll be bothering the employees to Chili's management you could resolve this issue very easily do you like McDonald's does just put the bag out with my receipt let me come and pick it up so I don't have to talk to your employees I can say this there's no way on every dine in the res⁷taurant with this kind of service if they can't handle a simple to go with pleasantries how could they handle an entire dinner experience

Placed a take out order at 11am - 11:30 am, selected pick up to be at 1pm - 1:05 pm. Showed up at 1:08 pm order is still not ready, staff was very rude and we didn't get our order till 1:24 pm. Our food was cold, and upon arrival back to our home we came to realize we were missing an entire entree and sides. This location is hardly every busy and im starting to wonder if this is the case why.

It is always a great price for an easy lunch. Drinks added to their specials is so cheap, yet service was good but bartender seemingly annoyed to take orders from anyone. It is Chile’s but honest reviews are good reviews.

I really enjoyed myself the service was great and the food was also very good and they covered my bill I'll be retuning more often to try other food that they have to offer God bless them and there families in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior Amen ?
