I met the sweetest, most accommodating person at this Chipotle today. She is a middle-aged white woman with tattoos on her arms. I was waiting for an order from my girlfriend. I decided to take my notes out to study my coursework while waiting. I decided to ask for wifi, but the music was loud. She kindly told me that there is no wifi available for customers. We both waited patiently for my order. I asked her for her name due to how accommodating she was. She was bashful when I asked for her name to put in a good word for her to her employer. I have been eating at Chipotle for years, and I have not ever experienced an individual this kind. Whoever you are, thank you for your kindness. Whatever you have been through in life, continue to stay humble.

The food looked like it had been sitting out there for a long time. Sofritas were very dried out, as you can see in the picture. Guac had grayish brown spots. Beans and tomatoes were swimming in water. Scoops are small for everything except rice. Had to keep asking for more. And given how the place was empty, I was surprised how dirty the serving area was.

I ordered steak tacos with corn, tomatoes, cheese, black beans, and sour cream. These tacos were delicious!!! The atmosphere was also very nice and the workers were friendly and polite. I do wish they had accessible parking for those who aren’t walking around, but overall great experience

Like all Chipotle 's it is hit or miss on service and cleanliness
I am only writing a review mainly in hopes of the specific location being better. I live within walking distance of this chipotle, so I’m there pretty frequently however, the staff nine times out of 10 tend to be pretty rude, the line is always messy, And the atmosphere tends to be pretty dirty for no reason. Just even today after ordering my food there were no utensils and no napkins, and we made the staff aware and all they did was stand there the entire time making funny faces at each other while people kept asking for utensils instead of restocking. I worked at a chipotle in my earlier years and I know that simply not the standard. It just feels like there’s no sense of urgency and everyone on the staff is just hanging around in which most cases of course that is expected in the downtime, but to be rude and inconvenience your recurring customers. It’s kind of sad. The only reason why I still come back to this location because I do love, chipotle, and have for many years and the DT location is the closest to my home. But it would be nice for them to do better at this location.
