If I could I'd give 0, worst and dirtiest chipotle I ever been to. Rudest service, all the side refreshments utensils and napkins are empty l. There's like 8 employees 3 customers and all the tables are dirty. Seems like no one checks on this place

The staff at this location is very rude. Multiple times over been there, they just seem upset to even be working there. One of the shorter ladies snapped at me and rolled her eyes when I asked a question about my order. I think they need to work on some customer service skills unfortunately.

We came in 10 minutes before closing without realizing and the staff were super kind anyway. Please don’t come in right before close for their sakes but they were super awesome anyway and the food was perfect.
Shitty. Every table dirty. Out of steak. Lack of respect. Been to over 100 locations but different here. Rather eat at McDonald’s. Good luck

This has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in, the staff are yelling across the food line, having inappropriate conversations, and acting completely unprofessional. On top of that, their attitudes are extremely rude.
I get that it might not be everyone’s dream job, but if you’re here, at least do it right. Tonight, I got home to find my meal spilled everywhere because they didn’t even bother fastening the containers properly. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here—service is consistently horrible, they often run out of meat, and if they do have some left in the to-go section, they refuse to serve it to in-store customers.
When did it become okay to treat people walking into the restaurant as less important than mobile orders? This location is ridiculous.

A few bites into my burrito I found a hard foreign object. I can’t figure out what it is, kinda like a piece of a thick twig. Anyway I tried calling to notify them, the robo responder was a pain to get through, I finally got through and no one picked up and the answering machine was full. I wanted to contact them to warn them in case they know what this is and possibly not have it served to others, but they appear to have left me no way to get in contact via phone. Maybe they will see this and contact me as I can’t seem to contact them. This happened 30 mins ago.

Came in to order a burrito and bowl. After the first guy put the rice and meat everything went down hill. Had one person making the bowl and another making the burrito. Both seemed annoyed I was not able to answer both at the same time when both were talking to me at the same time. Person making the bowl apparently I had enough ingredients and closed it up while I was telling the person making my burrito what I would like in it. When I asked the lady who closed up the bowl if they put lettuce in there she very rudely told me she does not know. Would recommend the rude lady practice her looking skills so she would know if there is a pile of lettuce on top or not or at least open the lid back up and check. After I checked the bowl did not have any lettuce in it. Food was decent but service is terrible. Choose a different location if at all possible.
