This Chipotke started out well , but food portions are shrinking , service is faltering and tables are always messy . Food is hit or miss on quality aspect. Some employees have a bad attitude at times as well , including the Mgr.

Horrible service!I added sour cream to my burrito at the end of the line. Luckily I saw that another ingredient had spilled into that container, and the employee scooped it all up anyway and threw it into my burrito. I asked if there was onion in the item that spilled over because of an allergy. I was told yes and that I had to go to the back of the line if I wanted it made over. So I left, and won't be returning again.Dietary restrictions: Every item in the line is cross-contaminated with whatever is next to it, because it all spills over and employees don't take the time to fix it.

The burritos from chipotle are good, but I’m going add two stars for Atmosphere because the tables were really dirty with lots of food crumbs and the ice machine was not working.

Quite possibly the worst customer service i’ve ever received when ordering out. The person who made our orders rushed it insanely quick and didn’t even give me a chance to think about what i wanted. Then the person who checked us out gave me attitude for not knowing what he was asking because his pronunciation of words did not make sense and he was also trying to rush us out the door. The cashier couldn’t even speak English properly, yet had the audacity to blame me for misunderstanding his question.

I don’t go to Chipotle all that often these days but when I do I typically order the tacos because it’s not as heavy with rice or beans like the burritos are. Today I stopped into the location on West Broadway in downtown San Diego for lunch. The restaurant was busy but the staff were moving customers through the line quickly. I ordered Barbacoa Tacos and they were delicious. The Barbacoa was fresh and hot and the tortillas were warmed and soft. Thoroughly enjoyed them.

I was here Wednesday evening 1-10-24 (7:50-8:20 PM). The food and service were good but the atmosphere was a mess which made it more difficult to enjoy the food.This was not an issue of being a break time for workers as almost every table was messy and every garbage can was overflowing. It looked like it had been like that for quite some time.
