I bought a to-go barbacoa bowl- with white rice, black beans, fajita mix, corn, sour cream, guacamole and queso.
The rice was very dry, almost crunchy. And the guacamole was inedible, bitter like bad avocado's were in the mix, dark brown by the time I drove a short distance home, too much lime and too much salt,
I didn't find any of this out until I had driven away and gotten home.
I returned two days later to speak with the manager. The manager...

Some locations take forever outside of the "ready" window in the app. Burritos are hefty, food is pretty fresh and pretty good quality and my children love it. Good price point for the amount of food. Kids meal is frustrating with the very limited options.

Good food, but their entire workstation for prepping food is DISGUSTING and UNHYGIENIC and all of the nasty stuff gets on the bag and other items making them gross. Now my car is dirty because this team can't keep their station clean.
