Let me start this review by saying I absolutely love chipotle, and Mexican food in general and my standards are pretty low. However, the manager at this location is such a bitter and rude lady, it really turned me off of Chipotle entirely. On top of that, the food here is really not up to par for chipotle standards or even basic Mexican food standards in general. A complete and utter disappointment, and I'm confident that if the entire consumer base was not made up of students who had nowhere else to eat, this location would be long out of business. Stay away.

They get really busy at this location and their management is lacking (Lauren). I just waited 18 mins in line to get a bowl and half the ingredients I asked for were completely out but the cashier still felt compelled to charge me $3.50 extra for the half a scoop of steak she gave me and to top it all of they haven't restocked anything and the place is mad dirty rn. Spilled drinks with no caution signs+ more. Smh I think I'm finally done with chipotle. Also had to ask the worker to change her gloves after I watched her wipe the counters with her bare glove 3x+ while making orders

The chipotle on campus has really gone downhill. They never have kept the utensils stocked, and now they give out a quarter of the serving size they used to. Although less of their food is honestly a good thing with there seemingly being no attention given to quality. My girlfriend ordered a bowl just to have the cheese to be covered in mold. Do yourself a favor and pick up some food at Trader Joe's instead.

Chipotle has the worst Health and Safety Standards. I was served moldy cheese in my bowl and was refused even a refund because my photo of the food was not sufficient evidence. It probably wasn’t sufficient for them but it should be for potential customers who don’t want to eat mold cheese.

First and last time I'll be eating at this Chipotle. The food was so so, the bins where the food is kept was dirty and the food was mixed into other bins, the cheese looked old. The servers looked miserable, very unhelpful. The soda machine was out of ice, when several people let the staff know they did nothing about it. I got soda anyway without ice after waiting for 10 minutes. The soda was flat, not just the Pepsi, but all of the soda's were flat. I'm not sure who's managing this particular Chipotle but it needs to have the manager there during working hours. The staff doesn't care, and I don't care to spend my money at this establishment again. I feel bad for the students. There aren't many options for them on campus.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever encountered. They consistently under pack online orders (by a LOT). We ordered 2 burrito bowls with EXTRA meat, extra rice and extra beans. That's literally all we bought. We got 7 pieces of chicken and our total bowl filled up only half of a bowl. It's unbelievable that there is a worker that thinks this is worth $38. Workers at this location, DO BETTER.
