This is one of the worst Chipotle locations. They don't replenish often enough, so the portion sizes are always small because they're constantly almost out. The brown rice is undercooked half the time to the point of being practically inedible.

Disappointed time and time again. Living nearby this is the chipotle I walk to, but I will literally drive to avoid this location.Always only scraps leftover whenever I come. Always out of the vinaigrette dressing or miscommunicating about it. I ask if they have it before ordering, they tell me they have, but when it comes to after payment and walking away, they don’t put it in the bag or just don’t correct that it’s out. Would have just not eaten here if not for wanting my salad bowl with the salad dressing.

They had fresh steak right behind them just cooked i wanted to wait but instead they went to the back of store got some old steak, shriveled gross. I told staff it was old looking and they just ignored me.i eat chipotle every week for years. Other stores are great. I know the difference. This was gross.

The cashier was the best part of this experience. Their chips were fresh, tasty, and not greasy. The food maker lady gets a solid 1. The view of traffic outside is splendid.

Did an online order. Waited 20 minutes with no help then was told by the manager named Carmen that they already gave the order away. I was fine with that tbh but then she proceeded to give me attitude as if it was my fault that it happened. Ultimately when I said it was fine to have it remade she decided to refuse me service. My girlfriend then went to place the order in person because she had really wanted chipotle and the woman said she would not make the order and said it was because I threw a fit about waiting for rice to cook or some arbitrary reason. Not sure why she has a problem with customers but maybe she shouldn’t have a position serving people in a medium stress level if she can’t handle herself under said stress.
