Good ice cream at a great price! Came here 30 mins before they close the the line was massive, but it was worth it. I've tried the twist (vanilla and chocolate) cone, the butterfinger milkshake, and the Hot Fudge Cake sundae. The sundae was good but not amazing - I liked the ice cream and the fudge, but the whipped cream didn't have much flavor and the chocolate cake was kinda meh. The best soft serve in San Diego. And the nicest employees.Arrived once right after closing, the guy came out the back and gave me and my wife some ice cream sandwiches. Not common to be treated that generously these days.The other day I ordered a mini cone for a snack. I fumbled with my wallet for about 1.5seconds and he said no charge.Usually demand makes for a poor supply. Not in the case of Mr. Frostie.The line goes very quickly and is worth the wait.

This place is the perfect place to stop for soft serve! They are super quick (despite the often long lines) and the staff is so friendly! Their ice cream is phenomenal and if you decide to get toppings they hook you UP. I got the twist (chocolate and vanilla) in a cup with crushed Oreos and whipped cream. They gave me so much whipped cream you can't even see the ice cream but let me tell you it was incredible. Such a cute and yummy place for ice cream:) you will not be disappointed!!!
