I love Chipotle. I love the flavors, I love the freshness. I always get the carnitas burrito.What I don't love is how they roll the burrito. And I'm not alone. I have talked to other people that just stopped ordering burritos for this reason. They get a bowl with tortillas on the side and roll it themselves. Every time, at every Chipotle I've ever been to they roll it the same way and it is the worst burrito roll I've ever seen.Not only do they roll it with the ends on the outside, instead of on the inside so it stays together, all of the ingredients seem to separate. So, instead of tasting all of the flavors and ingredients in every bite, I get a mouthful of guacamole, then a bite of beans, a couple of bites of carnitas, then the rice.I have to ask to roll it myself. Then I get weird looks.If someone could teach them the proper way to roll a burrito, it would greatly improve the experience.

They overcharge and don't make it right. They hide the itemized charges until after you pay and don't fix overcharges. Beware!

Sad to see employees here don't honor police discount. It is company policy and not up to the employees to determine that because of their anti police views. Workers are also rude with a bad attitude.

Absolutely LOVE this chipotle! I live all the way in hillcrest but will go out of my way to come to this specific chipotle! They always NAIL it on quantity and are always super friendly!! Shoutout Andres you are the BOMB! Love coming hereGREAT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!
3 strikes and you're out. I've been to this chipotle 3 separate times now and they had out of stock items all 3 times. Once no cheese, then no black beans, and today no white rice. The rice is one of the main items for your food options! All were hours before close. I'm never coming back. Do better.

The service was ok, the cashier lady seemed upset, the food was ok nothing really changed other then the price. We both got 2 bowls and a little bit of avocado with 1 drink. The price came out to 30 dollars....30 DOLLARS!! To me that price is crazy, I'm just going to continue not eating at Chipotle period.

The place is really clean, placing the order was easy and the food was good.I asked multiple times for stuffs and the staff was always smiling and helping(Asked for lime, the password for the restroom 2 times , the food to go after dine in)Happy to know the staff is always willing to help , I highly recommend this place for eating

Decided to finally give this place a try and I literally watch the employee scrape the last of the steak, brown rice, and sour cream just to continue asking what salsa I want next. Maybe I forgot the portions of this place but my bowl was not where near to standard and the "extra sour cream" only came because I told them I'd come back later when they have better options and began to walk out. Wont be back unfortunately.
