Worst customer service chicken tenders were cold they didn’t even get my order right and charged me more

Chicken had no flavor. Did not enjoy it. Reasonably priced but taste is not there. Really it did not have Texas taste or original taste. No seasoning. Won't be returning.

My order was delivered and I opened it to find only half of it in the bag

I tried to call but no one was pick up. So after paying $60 for food to be delivered, I still have to drive back to the churches to find out only that they cannot refund it there I had to put in a refund request to get my order.

Why is the dining room closed at 8pm if the store closes at 10. That made me and a customer before me order at the window. It was windy and raining and the employee was giving the customer ahead attitude. When I went up I asked him why is he making us order at the window and ignored me, when I asked for a number 2 tender he said with attitude. We don't have numbers right now. I did say if you don't like your job find somewhere where you enjoy being at, and he shut the window on me.

Place smells like the sewer 🤢 I order 10 piece tenders and they act all tight on ranch, proceeded to question me did u get chicken or tenders making me talk more when Im already there asking for ranch she should know what I ordered it wasn't that busy also it's hella expensive to be stingy with condiments do better better service

Never going back .. It's disgusting from the moment you get there.. The chicken tasted like they don't change their and I bet they seen a few RATS 🤢🤮 DISGUSTING !

We come to a drive through for a large order 2 families meals with 2 pieces chicken and 3 tenders chickens. When they gave us the food, we just left. After we went to the freeway for a while, we just found out there were missing 10 biscuits However, We couldn’t returned back to the store because we need to leave out of town and its kinds of far to return it back. We did try to call the store to let them know but was unable to reach or leave a voice messages. We wish the store should have more people to pick up the phone and Hopefully next time we dont get the same problem again.

I am so sad that this location is so bad. I believe the oil is really really old that they're using here. Ruins the taste of everything. Plus the chicken was undercooked. Never again, unfortunately.

I go there for biscuits however they charge me full prices without biscuits. They put the side outside “ no biscuits “ . Why ? They charged me full price
Very disappointed
Because my kid is hungry , to be honest i want return and get better prices some where else. Waste my money … every one don’t like me waste money and time to buy yucky things . Chickens are just ok , little dry but we have to it them. Bad day for me !
I never never write review but everyone , we work hard so don’t waste money like I do right now

Mass potato sides are in the trash . Nasty . I think they left them outside and warm them up for us, bad smell like you leave your food over night

Food was lowke trash, it was my first time trying churches chicken and I expected better, im not rating only off the food but also the fact that the worker with the neck tattoo wearing glasses had a negative thuggish attitude towards the orders he had coming up and employers , not sure how he got
hired but works with a street attitude instead of a customer welcoming attitude where appetite is a big deal, it made me not trust how my food was handled and the buns were even soggy , that night I got food poisoning until the next day in the afternoon.

I pulled up to the drive thru I had a coupon & a simple question the person at the drive thru was a male & his tone was very rude & definitely was being a smartass. Instead of speaking to me rudely & snotty you could have been polite about the response drove off cause I wasn’t about to be played with today !!
