3rd time coming here in a month and they never have sandwiches or wraps. Disappointed consistently now. I probably won't come back to this one. Shame

EWWW! No hairnets, no gloves and the app is broken. I showed my QR code to the shift manager for Free 3 Tenders. She said I have to buy something so I added a chicken sandwich. I wake up my phone and the QR code is gone. She is not working with me so I cancelled the entire order.

Bad customer service guy was so rude tonight. Ppl that don't like there job shouldn't work there .he was yelling and yelling.

Service is close to non-existent. The restaurant is dirty inside and out. BUT, if you get one of the biscuits that's properly cooked and has the honey on top, there's nothing better. Chicken is pretty good too. Highly recommend the creamy jalapeno dipping sauce

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, tenders and poppers
The spicy chicken sandwich bread was burnt, and when did the chicken sandwich become a small gross McDonald's value mean chicken, it was the worse one I've ever had.
On top, I asked for buffalo sauce and they wouldn't give me any for the chicken tenders. They have buffalo sauce but will not give you in any container even if you want to buy

Went there a bit after noon today to get my free 3 piece tenders after signing up for rewards 😀 great, friendly, attentive service from cashier lady. I also bought 2 for $5.99 real deal special. ❌Skip that! Chicken sandwich was too oily and bland and 4 piece boneless wings were barely the size of nuggets. The tenders I got were up to par but the items I actually purchased were 👎🏽‼️ Lesson learned: just stay with the OG chicken. Here I go trying the new items but not worth it! 🙅🏽‍♂️

They were super busy this evening and way under staffed. Drive thru staff was super helpful when I had an issue with my mobile order and was very patient with me. I only saw three people in the back and they had a great attitude and were very efficient.

I ordered large fries through uber eats and paid like $8 for it but the portion is so small like paying $8 for small fries is crazy.

Chicken is pretty good. In fairness, though, I only sampled the two piece, drumstick and thigh, with a honey butter biscuit. However, if this is indicative of the rest of their menu, it's definitely worth a try. It's reasonably priced for a pretty good meal. Be sure to join their rewards program. You can get a free 2 piece dinner if you do.

Check your order before you leave. Twice thy gave us substitute pieces of chicken without saying nothing. We paid for mixed and got all dark.

Update: I gave up on this brand! Burnt and dry chicken! Even went to 32nd street with zero improvement! I buy mostly Jollibee chicken now !
