Service was not good at all, took about 30 mins to get a drink and the restaurant was not even full. Ordered guacamole with pico de gallo, and the pico de gallo was frozen. I ordered the ceviche and it was the not good at all.

Coasterra once again was a fantastic experience. The view and food were great-the Ceaser salad and fajitas were excellent. Our server, Natalie was so sweet and helped with making great menu choices. We will definetely be back.

Service was poor. Hosts were rude and the waiter was barely servicing our table. On the good side, the steaks were very good. The view of downtown SD is fantastic.

Modern Mexican-seafood. Reasonable price given SD and the setting. Not super busy, slower area. Flavorful food, subtle yet rich. Great experience.

We had a table right by the water and had an amazing view. The food was outstanding and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The food was pretty good, but the portions were a bit on the smaller side. Average of $30-35 a plate. The service was pretty good and the view was amazing. Great vibe. The parking situation was a bit difficult if you were not valet parking.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had! Attention to detail from the second we walked in. The hostess wished a happy birthday since I had it in the notes and there was a little note at the table, which, was exactly the type of table we requested (along the railing for the view). The server was very attentive and offered to take pictures of us when he saw us taking selfies and he kept us updated on a slight delay in our food delivery. He also asked about food allergies and made a modification to our appetizer order to ensure the restriction was honored. Food was amazing and cannot wait to come back!

I ordered fajitas .. wow , it was god awful. First we asked for butter instead of oil, because I'm allergic to seed oils.. and they made it my food with oils .. I felt sick after. I spent 36$ got chicken fajitas .. that were bland no salt , no flavor. The following day I went to Miguel's , same view , better ambiance, better service , and the fajitas are 24$ with a lot more flavor , better chips and salsa , and I didn't get charged for a habenro sauce. Sure the view was beautiful , but San Diego is San Diego you can catch a view anywhere. So imo this place was god awful , and I will never go back.. bad experience , mediocre service, pricey food for what you get. Ridiculousl and not worth it what so ever.

I was a fan of this restaurant for years but they change the menu alot, and new menu is so bad and i had a horrible feeling after i ate it. I even had a discussion with the staff and they agreed that the chef doesn't care about what people like and they just change the menu. This place is going into the wrong direction so hopefully management can catch up on it

Incredible experience. The view is one of the best in the city. The food was a 10/10 and the service was top notch. Truly one of San Diego's gems!

Service was attentive, view stunning and food was great! Our family was visiting from Florida and they really enjoyed the lively and welcoming atmosphere. Restaurant offers a lot of space for larger groups with reservations and the menu offers a nice range of options for different pallets.
