Cocina 35 Brunch is a must-visit destination for an exceptional dining experience. With its outstanding service, delicious cuisine, and lovely ambiance, this establishment is sure to impress. The cafe de olla was strong and good, and the chilaquiles are made for those who don't like spicy food. Rancheros were hot and well done. The dining room is super fancy, and the atmosphere is gorgeous, with great energy and aesthetic. It is a cute brunch spot with very young weekend dining vibes and is very Instagram able, with a complete drink menu and a well decorated space. The food is amazing, and staff walk guests through the menu. They LOVE celebrating people, with many birthdays and other events going on and staff looking genuinely excited. While wait times can be lengthy, the fresh and flavorful food, generous portion sizes, and attentive staff make it well worth the visit. Families are catered to with a children's menu. Fernando was a super attentive and kind server. The iced mazapan latte was genuinely the best coffee. This is a perfect spot for young women celebrating something.
