The bartenders are rude and come off snobby.
Things or expensive so the manager need to talk to the bartenders. If their so stressed then this job isn't for them.
It is a very cool place minus the bartenders being rude. I was jusy visiting out if town too.

I asked for a water and the worker filled up a small glass under half, I asked him to fill it up. He rolled his eyes. I asked for ice, rolled his eyes. I should’ve asked for his name but was too busy trying to enjoy my night. There’s a self serve water station but the cups were dirty and the water container itself was dirty which is why I asked for water at the counter. Apparently water is too much to ask for.

We ordered pizza and it wasn't great. Two of the games ate our money. Skeeball had a dead bumper. People were great. Drinks were good. Music was fun. Maybe my expectations are too high because we have a classier version in our home town?

Good experience! The first waitress looked a little upset as we ordered, felt a little strange, everything else was good and the ambience was great and it was clean and well kept.

This spot is a must-visit during San Diego Comic-Con, especially if you’re in the Gaslamp area. Every year, they offer a special drink menu themed around the year’s popular movies and shows, which adds a fun touch. That said, it can be hit or miss—one day we found it closed for a private event. When it’s open to the public, be sure to arrive early, as it tends to get packed. Later in the evening, there’s usually a line to get in, and entry depends on people leaving, so the wait can be long. The atmosphere is lively, with many attendees dressed in cosplay. It’s a great place to grab a drink and enjoy some arcade games, so come prepared for a fun experience!

Place is great!!! Have an amazing time every time! Decor, games drinks and food.
Can't say enough good things about the place, and even my gf was surprised how clean the bathrooms were, witch I guess is not expected for downtown bars.
Definitely a must visit!

Cool place, not to many games to play (as much as I thought there would be). Drinks are good. Fun place to go to kill time!

Place has a really good vibe/atmosphere also it’s always nice and clean. Ordering a drink is another story. ? Long waits even with no people there, rude and a bit passive aggressive. They are over charging for the games but that can be overlooked if the service wasn’t so bad. Not sure who runs this place but I’m not impressed, rather do Dave and Busters
