Ordered online and it clearly said they had silk for my girlfriend who is dairy free. Went there and they said they didn’t have it in stock. I asked for a full refund and they acted like it was a big deal. Could only refund cash too which I thought was weird. Both workers had a very deer in headlights look.

I like the icecream and toppings mixture. They are not giving any taste trial, other brands do. We take a small and a medium all the time and it bills us $15-$20, if we ask extra topping it's $1 each and the quantity they put is less for a dollar. Recommend to select from there menu. The staff are all girls, I would say mean girls lol. They can really improve on service and attitude. They will throw the left over icecream but not put in your cup. I mean stack it up girl.

One of my favorite ice cream places to come to when I'm having that craving. I always go for their sweet cream ice cream with Oreo and reeses. Only reason they don't get a 5 star is because there prices have gotten super high over the years.

Ice cream is so nice! So many flavors and each flavor is unique in its own way! I tried cotton candy with chocolate ( yes, I like weird combos) and it was so delicious!! Will go again! ?????

Because my boyfriend is allergic to dairy, we wanted to order the Silk chocolate milkshake. Unfortunately, the staff said they could only make it with regular milk since they don't have Silk almond milk (and haven't had it for a while), which defeats the whole purpose.Appreciated the staff for giving us a heads up, but whoever runs this location should take the Silk poster down or stock almond milk. They are literally right across from a Smart & Final grocery store.All the chairs were up as if they didn't want anyone to sit. Why not just remove all the chairs?

Stopped by Cold Stone because all the stores on Oahu closed down. Cold stone have always been my favorite. Smita was super nice and his customer service was awesome!! I would definitely stopped by here again with this kind of aloha spirit. Thank you, Smita!!

Walked into the store and genuinely wasn't appetized by any of the flavors. Felt kind of disappointing. They were out of waffle cones. In the end the bowl was $11. Really didn't feel worth it.The staff was really lovely though!

Man the price of ice cream has gone up so much! I came by for some coffee ice cream and this place hit the spot. I got the coffee ice cream with Heath and pretzels as my mixin. I love how creamy the ice cream at cold stone is. The workers were super friendly and the portion was huge. My medium ice cream was close to $9 but it was worth it!

People here don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a signature item and the cup was not even full. It looks clearly that the ingredients were hot even mixed properly. I asked them why did it look like that, and they just didn’t care.

Great ice cream, but one of their employees is the laziest worker. Called in at 8:20 for a phone order and they said they couldn't because they were close to closing, which was 40 minutes away! I will not be coming back unless management reaches out. I wish I got this young man's name.
