Today is the last time I walk in this place, I used to love coming here when it was NY Pizzeria, the owner made u feel like family, but when it changed to Concepto, so did the vibe. I can go on about all the things wrong with this place; food, service, atmosphere etc. But it doesn't matter, I found a new place off Home Ave today called Peppoli's, where they know and understand that pizza is really about the people and the love that goes into it. The lady there was so nice I felt like I was at home with my mom. But then like, everytime I walk into Concepto I dont ever feel love, which tells me no love goes into the pizza, which could explain why the sauce may taste like the way it does. Either way, at the end of the day to sum up everything I have to say; I never leave this place happy or excited even after I get a chance to eat their food (certain food not always available). Dont get me wrong like its decent, it not terrible pizza but it could be so much better....Not here to bash, I've dealt with this place since the re-grand opening, just giving my true honest critique of my whole entire experience. Good luck to you Concepto ✌

Pepperoni pizza and breadsticks were incredibly delicious! They have a fun atmosphere and great service, thank you!
Great food and Great service
Good single slices of pizza. Buying 2 slices with a soda is a few $$ cheaper than 1 slice and soda.
Terrible! I ordered the 3 chicken tender meal and added 3 more tenders. This guy had the nerve to charge me for the extra tenders and didn’t give me extra tenders. He decided to cut the 3 tenders in half to make it like it was 6 tenders. He also up charged for buffalo sauce and tried to give me bbq sauce instead. This dude had an attitude like he didn’t want to serve us. Not worth it at all! Please do not eat here!! My husband said the pizza tastes like Little Caesar’s but slightly better. Should have went there. SMH
Great pizza

I really don't think this place gets the credit it deserves...pizza is fire...haven't tried the wings yet but this is good go check it out
If you want try one of the most delicious pizzas try it I’m driving all the way from 20 miles away every other day to get pizza 👍
I walked in, was not greeted, looked at the menu, which had a lot on it but nothing that stood out. The pizza in the display area looked very staged and not freshly made.
This pizza is excellent! I did not know what to expect and I was not familiar with most of their gourmet pizzas, so I was very pleasantly surprised at just how great all three of their pizzas were! I ordered two biggest sizes and one medium and there was not even a crust left. The BBQ chicken pizza was the group's first favorite, but I personally loved the fresh simplicity of the margarita pizza.
I saw pizza by the slice and while the 3 other guys in my party chose Mexican as we waited for the trolley I chose Concepto and what a good decision! perfect slices good prices and excellent taste and crunch! I really think it is as good as I remember pizza in Brooklyn where I come from...
