Ordered lunch, arrived to this location to pick it up, and realized i had ordered to a different downtown location. The woman working the take out section kindly had the order remade for me at no cost. Really excellent customer service and felt compelled to write this review! Plus, the food is delicious.

I was in the area and was craving a mid day coffee so I was happy when I searched and found this relatively new Copa Vida nearby. It’s located on the first floor of a large office building near Chipotle. They have a nice outdoor seating area but it was a bit chilly so no one was out there on this day. The inside is large, clean and well organized. They offer food items as well as drinks but I had already eaten lunch so just ordered a latte. The employee who assisted me was kind and suggested I join the rewards program to be eligible for discounts. The order was provided quickly and the latte was delicious. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Came in and got a lavender latte for my girl. Snapped a pic of the beautiful latte art before placing a cover on the lid.Sent the pic to my girl before delivery and her response was, “holy gorgeous”.Taste was unbelievable as well.Well done!!

This is the new Copa Vida on Broadway but it looks like they kept all the reviews and pictures from the old spot. The new location is even more spacious, great place to hang out between Court appearances or what have you. Food and service are good, coffee is great....
