Go inside lobby of 501 Office building. If you don’t know that this cafe is inside the back of the lobby of the office building at 501 Broadway, you’ll never find this place. There’s no sign outside for the bistro.I had the chicken salad sandwich. It was delicious.For us wannabe coffee snobs... I had their southwest quinoa bowl and added chicken for lunch. It had a slight kick to it but wasn't particularly spicy. The avocado was fresh, as were the other ingredients. The sauce that came on the side was good- it was like a smoky chipotle aioli with a bit of tanginess. I liked the flavor profile of the whole meal. Very nice counter service lunch spot in the Koll building downtown. The turkey with pesto aioli on ciabatta was delicious. The food is fresh, portions are large, and the toasted ciabatta is incredible. It makes the sandwich. The fruit infused water is a nice touch. The restaurant serves sandwiches, wraps and salads. The atmosphere is bright, clean and efficient.
