We have enjoyed brunch on the patio a few times prior. This time, there was no hostess with whom to check in. We were directed to check in with the desk staff, who sent us to the waitstaff to check in. It didn't seem like the restaurant was really set up to serve on the patio. We had several different servers check on us, but this made the service incongruent. We'd ask for something from one staff member and then we wouldn't get it--and then had to ask another server. Was staying at the Guild Hotel here for several days and decided to grab a meal here. Very nice staff. Ordered their salmon dish and a caprese sandwich. The salmon was perfectly cooked, however, a bit under seasoned. Could definitely have used a little more salt to bring out the dish. The caprese was exactly what it was supposed to be. I would eat here again while at this hotel for the ambiance and staff alone.

We happened to be there for an early Valentine's dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The courtyard is so lovely to sit. The food from Chef Carlo Guardado was, as always, outstandingly delicious. Service staff was very friendly and the whole ambiance was great. It was absolutely worth the drive and the money. We'll go back soon.
