I think its better than that one BBQ restaurant everyone in San Diego always talks about. They do seem to be pretty understaffed a lot of the time so just be ready to wait a long time.

The best in San Diego for BBQ everything. Fried pickles are the best. Doesn't get any better for BBQ.
I am not picky at all but this place is a place that jon taffer might need to check out the food got me sick within 20 minutes after i left i tried to find something to defend the place but literally nothing i can find to do it i dont know if it because i went late but none of the food was good at all i hope they can really step it up because i can see some potential in this place but i definitely wont ever be going here again my apologies.

Stopped by spontaneously with my daughter and was not disappointed at all! Loaded fries were LOADED! Got the CQ sampler as well and had so much left over. The boys working were awesome, good energy and great vibes. We will be coming back.

Craving mac and cheese and happy I came to try this place out, as soon as I walked in I can smell the smoked BBQ. Its a nice place with a bar area plenty of brew options, they have a drink special for everyday of the week you can order and customize to your liking. Ordered a loaded order of mac and cheese with shredded cheese, bacon and pulled pork. The taste was heavenly and the pulled pork was smokey tender, delicious. I would definitely come back happy its close to home

We were drawn in by the mouth watering smell of BBQ. It is a small place, with not great parking, but so so good. The guy who took our order recommended the beast feast, so we could try a little of everything. 100% worth it. The ribs were our favorite. They were so tender and literally fell off the bone. The potato salad was delicious. There wasn't a single thing we didn't like. The beans were smoky, not sweet, but were still good. I would sell my left arm for their BBQ sauces. All 3 were ??
The staff was so nice. It's hands down our new favorite BBQ joint.
