Called to order. Was told they only take orders for 5+ pizzas. Was told it would take 15 minutes after ordering at location. Got to location to order but was told it would be another 45 min. Checked in after 50 minutes was told another 8 minutes for the pizza in the oven. Checked in 10 minutes later for them to tell me it was still in the oven and 4 more minutes probably 😭.

I wish they would hire more employees and pay them better wages so they could afford to have 2 people making the orders instead of making people wait in line in the sun then wait for their order to be made/plated/bagged is not efficient at all. Pay people more! You clearly have tons of revenue Costco 🧐

Can’t beat Costco food court! Missing the churros and supreme pizzas!
Not a fan of how the food court operates. Basicly forces use of order terminals but no warning it was going to be over an hour. Watched a lot of people stand in line and then sent to another window and then sent back to stand in line. All for a hotdog.

Before, cheap food was an emblem of rich and cheap and what a disappointment, now the pizza is horrible, the dough is chewy and sometimes raw, not to mention that the sauce has no flavor and not to mention how greasy the cheese is, which when it cools down is something unpleasant and someone else wonders how they eat hot dogs without onion and tomato?? I say that in itself, it's bad and without vegetables it's worse, not to mention the other day a person asked me for a pizza from there and it took them 1:20 minutes to deliver it, can you believe it?
