It's a tourist trap. I just got off the plane from Florida and wanted to come home and eat some crawfish boil. It tasted Asian fusion Cajun. It barely had any Old Bay seasoning in it and wasn't authentic. I was pretty disappointed. There was also no trencher plate or bucket. They didn't clean the shrimp either. That was $58. My boyfriend got the fish and chips. It was crispy but didn't taste authentic. It actually tasted pretty bad, and I felt sorry for him. For $22 you would hope it was at least good. Fries and tartar sauce were good though. $102 including the 18% service charge. Overall it was a bad deal.

2 SNS(1 mild, 1 medium) with headless shrimp. $177( 18% gratuity included) Service was really nice. Came on a weekday so the restaurant wasn't packed but the parking lot was.

I love this place. Every time I come to San Diego I have to stop. The service is always the Good. Well all I can tell you is roll-up your sleeves up, put your bib on and wear your gloves. And then just do what you are supposed to do.

I went here a few weeks ago with my mom and family friend and had a great time eating great food. We were probably one of two tables seated and sat in a booth area. They were very clear about the 18% service fee that's added to all tables as a host told us before being seated and it is on the website as well before you can view the menu to see the menu. You have to use a QR code. We ordered the sampler boat the SNS seafood combo and the lobster tail seafood combo. All of the food was pretty good.

Service was dope ! The guy was very prompt and professional loved it! However the flavoring was "meh" on the house sauce but I can look past that , what really erked me was the pitiful crawfish they were serving along with the dish . Besides the pricing is you want more bang for your buck along with quality food and service highly recommend Submarine Crab accrosthe street

I went to Crab Hut and I had a pretty good experience. I've been there before so I pretty much got what I expected. The good part is at the food was outstanding and the team service was pretty good. The part that maybe wasn't so great was how long it took for the waitress to get around to us. Sometimes we would watch her as she was having conversations with other workers and laughing a lot and overlooking us as I was trying to flag her down. That was a little frustrating. The food tasted great though and yes it was messy but it's supposed to be messy lol. They were very nice to my children and I liked that a lot. The price is heavy though. If you're going to go there you had better bring about $250. Especially if it's going to be a family of 4. You're not spending less than $200.Vegetarian options: I honestly didn't see any vegetables except potatoes and corn. I can't confirm that there are vegetarian options.Parking: If you go on it's going to be a nightmare to park. I'm not going to lie man it's so hard to park that you will be circling that tiny parking lot forever. This was probably the worst thing about the trip.Kid-friendliness: They are very nice to kids. This was probably my favorite thing about the service. My son kept grabbing at the waitress and she just laughed and played with him and the other guys who were cleaning up tables or also making funny faces and laughing with my son and he's two years old.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible.

It was my first time there and server was very helpful. The service and food was also good. For those who can handle spice, get their hot as the medium will not touch your spice buds lol.

The service sometimes makes a place awesome. The bartender was awesome. Some of the shrimp was decent, but some pieces were bad. The fries were good and good quantity.
