Purchased the smallest cup of gelato for my child here yesterday, at a steep near $7 for a scoop
When paying, the system prompted me to add a tip, which I declined to do since it was a single scoop that I ordered standing. If you decline to add a tip, the system crashes and alerts the attendant. He gave me a very mean look at walked away from me after I paid because he was angry that I declined to add a tip. I’m pretty confident he was the owner of this little establishment.
Super rude, will not return. Gelato was mid.

I recognize the owner today from a video on TikTok with Razerug lol. Customer service was great! I met the owner and he was really nice and professional! My crepe was tutui fruiti and was 10/10.
