I had a horrible experience with Uber Eats sending my friend cookies. The manager here was so incredibly sweet and helpful and made sure my friend got her cookies for her birthday without giving me a hard time at all. Such nice people!
Customer service sucks. I suggest hiring another person so the workers are less stressed when there is a line. The worker seemed stressed and annoyed to be there . She practically threw my cookies at me as I had my hand out to grab them from her. Great cookies but bad customer service will turn me off from any establishment.
