The drinks were fabulous I had the lavender 75 and it was beautifully presented then had the salad which was excellent. We also had the warm olives and they were bursting with flavor. I must say the chicken Milanese was a little tough though., but had great taste. The side dishes were very flavorful.

Although we were a bit skeptical when we were brought to our sidewalk table ~ we had absolutely no reason to be. Robert greeted us warmly, made us feel like family, and provided a fantastic meal and evening. The food was delicious, Robert and his cohort (very kind young man) did everything right. We're so glad we chose this restaurant to celebrate Ron's birthday. Everything was a standout - the warm olives, the carrots, the Brussels sprouts and the pizza. And the limoncello dessert topped off the meal perfectly. Yummy!! Make a reservation and go enjoy a delightful meal.
Food and service were good. I really don't understand the 3-4% surcharge (hidden in fine print) and request for 25%~30% tip after recent pay raise to $20/hr. Doesn't make sense...

One of my favorite restaurants in SD. Not only are they fair with their wine pricing, but they also have amazing wines! The food is always fresh with great ingredient quality. The staff is extremely professional and the ambiance is always perfect whether you want to sit inside or out. The squash blossoms are one of my favorite dishes and we try to return to the restaurant on a semi regular basis. It is a San Diego staple that I highly recommend.

Our party of four enjoyed great service and delicious food for an evening meal at Cucina Urbana. Our server was Sarah, and she was attentive and gave good suggestions for our meal and wine choices. Everyone loved all our meal items and the rosé wine. The acoustics in the restaurant are not very good, and the restaurant was almost completely full of talking people, so it was very difficult to enjoy a conversation during our meal. I would still recommend this restaurant and would return because the food and service were outstanding.

Honestly stumbled upon it while visiting in San Diego and what a fantastic surprise! Blown away by how amazing all of it was! ALL OF IT! Defiantly be back if I'm ever in San Diego

Overall so impressed with this restaurant! It is SO gorgeous inside with the tall ceilings and modern seating. Was a perfect setting for our 6 year anniversary! We started with the grilled octopus, the grilled oyster special and the baby gem salad! All the apps were so fresh. Then came this amazing pizza, which we did the Italian sausage + mushroom which was SUCH a good add-on for mushroom lovers! we would come back just for this pizza lol. We are big pasta people and the clam linguine was really refreshing and flavorful and the short rib papardelle was so rich yet also balanced so nicely with the carrot! not to mention their wine bottles are so reasonably priced! What's not to love
Ordered food to go: Had a late night craving for a dessert. Cucina Urbana delivered! Out of some guilt, I ordered a salad and some cooked veggies. The limoncello mousse tart and the chocolate budino. Ordered through Yelp. Happy with the late night craving and will continue to order more.. (it is my favorite lemon dessert!)

Just had new shutters installed by Josh of Avalon shutters. The first install the factory made a slight measure mistake.Josh cheerfully took down 2 rooms said it may take 2-3 weeks. Came today and installed pretty quickly. Josh was awesome. Cleaned up checked everything and was very polite, cheerful and gracious. Reasonably priced and I would use again. Cudos to Josh for having a wonderful polite worker !5 stars for Josh
