Wow that was like instant sushi ready made to go and FRESH!
The local purveyor of exactly, in every way, the same sushi you get over the counter at Vons. Like to an extent that I wonder if they get it from there. Because of that, it's completely empty at all times...
Pricing is also the same as Vons, it's just a bad use of the space. Won't make you sick or anything, but like... just go to Vons?
I am so happy to have this place in the midst of some of the favorite Japanese places of San Diego (Azuki, Hane and Kinme). Su Su is special amongst there rest. It is quaint. Fresh. Simple. Fast. And sweet.
In a world of rising prices where lunches out start costing $100 with tip, Su Su delivers exceptional sushi, poke with grab and go options.
