I went here 4 days in a row. There's a sign when you walk in that states that you need to wait for a server to seat you, but either you're ignored or there's no one there and I quickly got into the habit of seating myself. The first 3 days I ordered my eggs over easy. All 3 days, the egg whites were runny. The bacon was always cold. When it came to paying the bill, I had the same issue as getting seated. Twice there was a guy behind the cash register who ignored me when he clearly saw me. This is sad for me because I take heat from people I travel with because this is my go to breakfast place in San Diego and now I've been forced to find a different breakfast spot.

We easily found parking in their enormous lot. We walked in and were immediately seated. We ordered soft drinks and we each got something from the 55+ menu. Surprisingly the portions were very generous. I got the salmon and my wife got the chicken fried steak. Both came with 2 sides. All the food was properly prepared and quite enjoyable. Our server took very good care of us. We would definitely return if we were in the area.

Absolutely the worst Dennys we have ever eaten at. Besides being dirty, they were out of cottage cheese, country gravy and other items we inquired about at 7:30am. Soda machine was broken. The place was filthy. The omelets (I think about17 dollars) were absolutely pathetic. 2 jelly’s in jelly holder, one crushed and full of salt and pepper? Nothing was like it depicted in photos. We’ve eaten at several Dennie’s restaurants, the best being in Fullerton ca. The only good take away from this horrible experience was the waitress. Young, embarrassed that they were out of so much and the soda machine was broke . Obviously not her fault. We will never return to this dennys. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Stay away! NASTY! Oh, forgot to mention, son’s toast was so burnt, couldn’t eat it.

probably one of the worst breakfast I've ever had! I ordered the ultimate omelette with hashbrowns, and toast. The Omelette was more like scrambled eggs with barely anything inside it! absolutely nothing on top of it! extra burnt brown hashbrowns, and little to no butter on my toast. I added lots of hot sauce to my Omelette/ scrambled eggs to be able to eat it. Our waitress said her manager noticed our hashbrowns on the way out, and was having new ones made for me, and my son.... which we got later. We were giving $12 off our meal.... Very disappointing breakfast.

I love walking down rosecrans at night. Denny's is iconic, an old-school classic. I love the grand slam for under ten dollars late at night!
Food was good but was charged $3.59 for a boiled egg which I thought was ridiculous, could've bought half a dozen for that. I know the price of food is getting outrageous but it's my 4year old Granddaughter's favorite place to eat.

Service sucks. I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it. Took a while for the order, yet the place was not too busy. The girl serving didn’t even bring syrup for my son’s pancakes so I had to get up to ask her. Served me the wrong order and when I called her acted as if I’m bothering her. After my son finished I went to pay and she was all bothered like I was the one that’s wrong. If you can’t be bothered by people then don’t work in this industry.
