I am so delighted. I had a great brunch at Denny’s today in city Heights Tracy our server was amazing. Great customer service very attentive to our orders. Food was hot and delicious and hot I am definitely coming back I hope I can get Tracy again amazing customer service and pleasant demeanor. Ordered the classic burger with onion rings. The onion rings were fantastic but the burger was dry and flavorless. No mayo, ketchup, mustard or anything on the burger. Just a dry burger. Also ordered chicken tenders and fries. I'm convinced all of mid city is afraid of salt. Fries had NO salt and the chicken tenders were hard. The onion rings saved it all.
The restaurant says it’s open online and it was close. I place an order online came to the restaurant and nobody was there. Awful

Rosario Miranda was my server and she was horribly rude. When I asked for more tea, she answered me drastically. She said that only uncivilized people ask for more tea. And on top of that my food was burned. I would not recommend this Denny’s. Specially around 11pm.

came in around 10pm, place looked somewhat empty and asked for a few minutes to look at the menu and waitress looked annoyed, once she came back i had a question regarding if an item was still available as it was limited availability and the waitress got confused (i don’t want to assume but i believe it was because of a language barrier), when i explained myself she got even more annoyed, scoffed at me and shook her head right in front of me as if i caused all this confusion when all i did was ask one question, coming from multiple customer service jobs i understand that customers can really be something but this was not one of those times, and her reaction was unacceptable
