A bit of a wait, but it was faster than they had quoted. The did was excellent! They were out of a couple dishes but nothing we had planned on ordering. Service was great, everyone working there greeted us with a sincere smile and greeting i was very impressed.

Din Tai Fung is the kind of place that has relatively few items on the menu, but every single one of them is incredible! They find a way to take something as simple and humble as sautéed cabbage and make it a standout dish. The Xiao Long Bao is delicious and a great mix of textures and flavors. We finished off with the Mango Shaved Snow, which made me think that all other desserts would be envious of it.
Our server, Tiana, did such a great job taking care of us from start to finish. She knows the menu and has great recommendations on anything they have (and even a few “secret menu” suggestions).
Today was a “kids back to school” lunch date for my wife and me. We can’t wait to come back here with the whole family!

Recommended dishes: Xiao Long Bao Pork Soup Dumplings, Kurobuta Pork
(1 to 10 score) shrimp & Kurobuta pork dumpling: 3 - vegetable & Kurobuta pork wonton soup: 6 -- Shrimp & Kurobuta pork pot stickers: 6 -- Shredded Kurobuta Pork fried noodles: 3 ( noodles ok, condiment nonsense) . I don’t understand why this crowded, noisy, and in my opinion cheap restaurant has good reviews. The food is below average for a good Chinese restaurant, and the atmosphere is unwelcoming.
It's definitely not a quality or gourmet Chinese restaurant; moreover, it's huge, so there's no attention paid to the food and the customers. Highly discouraged for those who want to eat well and can distinguish good quality. Really disappointed

Wow, what an experience! The food was absolutely amazing (my favorite was the xiao long bao). Food came out very quickly, waitress was very nice and helped our table pick out a great selection of food. So great!!!

The wait list and reservation system is a joke. Customer service at the front of the restaurant is awful. Good luck! Prepare to be disappointed. If you actually have the patience to wait 3 hours to get in, the food and service is good, but certainly not worth the hassle.

Highly recommend making reservations early. We made reservations one month in advanxe to get the day and time we wanted. This is a very popular place. The food is very good.

First time visiting this tiktok viral sensation restaurant. Deeply disappointed with service. Server was never available and I had to flag her down numerous times. Forgot items from our order. Food was good. Perhaps a different server would have helped but this just destroyed it for us and we will never visit nor recommend.

Food is great as always here, especially like the spicy wontons and shrimp shao mai. Also definitely recommend the chocolate xlb with sea salt cream for dessert it’s so tasty.
Only issue with this location is how busy it is and how long you have to wait for a table usually.

This is the first time we visited Din Tai Fung in this location. Expect a wait. We got on the waitlist at 2:30pm on a Wednesday and was expected to be waiting an hour but ended up getting a sit within 30 mins. The sweet and sour pork was a bit on the sweet side but had great depth of flavor and wasn’t too tough. The pork XLB was on point with thin but durable skin and super juicy. The garlic string beans was simple but favorable and had the perfect texture being crunchy but not rubbery. The spicy shrimp and pork wonton leaned a bit sweet but the saucy was addictive. We liked the chopsticks so much that we even got a set to go.

7/28/25 Update: Ate here again and it was AMAZING as usual. The friendliness & welcome feeling from the staff is unrivaled, and the food is wonderful.
We eat Din Tai Fung at least twice on every family vacation. Braised Beef Soup is out of this world. Soup Dumplings are amazing, and the overall experience is worth every penny.
