The burritos are big here, completely packed. They're kinda pricey but definitely don't skimp at all. The salsa is super good, there's 3 different kinds. Plenty of space to sit. Service was quick and friendly. We don't live nearby but we would be back the next time we're in the area.

I don't know how this place is 4.5 stars. Maybe my experience was a rare instance, who knows. BUT if you're looking for birria queso tacos....THIS ISN'T THE PLACE. Maybe the rest of the food is good but the birria tacos surely aren't. Nothing about these tacos are authentic to queso birria, except the birria lol I will post a picture soon.

Have gone here 4 or 5 times. Food and prices are good. I love the rolled tacos with quac. People are nice and food comes out fast. You can also order ahead if your in a rush.

Ordered online a Carnitas Buritto - in the notes box I asked for the carnitas to be crispy (well done) and then please add lettuce. The shop adjusted the grubhub total after I checked out by adding a $1.50 surcharge for the customization. Unwrapped the burrito back at my office to find cheese and french fries also added to my burrito. This isn't part of their Carntias Burrito description: Carnitas, Guac, and PIco de Gallo... I can't have dairy so this wasted my burrito. I also believe fries in a burrito is wildly innappropriate, even though I like pineapple on pizza. Not here to start something. Basically paid $15 for a burrito that was not what I ordered and the surcharge for a simple customization was basically $1.50 for lettuce.

Great, that quesabirria is excellent and at a good price. I went once and had to go a second time because I loved it.
Ordered delivery and requested hot sauce. Received 0 hot sauce with my order. Who eats a burrito dry. 2nd time this has happed. Will not be ordering again from here. Used to love this place

Donato's has the same quality and menu items as many similar taco shops in the area. Their food is about equal to Rigoberto's and better than Roberto's. Their fish taco is not as good as Rubio's.Their lot is in a small shared strip mall with numerous other good restaurants. Parking may be a challenge. This location used to be a Roberto's many years ago. It seems like they did not change the interior or even the booths when they took it over. That is not a problem, just nostalgic. Thor pricing is slightly lower than comparable taco shops, but the quantity seems on par with others. The people who work here are usually friendlier than comparable shops and are not prejudiced like elsewhere or at least don't show it. On the whole, Donato's is worth a try to see if they make ur favorite menu items elsewhere to an equal or superior quality at a slightly lower price.

This is a casual, working class venue and everyone is pleasant and its no frills. It's my go-to Mexican food spot on the west end of the Miramar Rd. They make great tasting food, plus you can eat indoors or outside. They are near 805 and you can call ahead to order. Donato's does a great job! Parking is free.

They have something called the 'Jalapeno Burrito' which is a combination of carne asada, refried beans, bacon and pickled jalapeno slices. It's a good size too, not one of those 'big as your forearm' burritos. The combination of textures and tastes is really good.
