Everyone leaving crappy reviews has a stick up their butt. There's like 1 or 2 poor kids working here. Yes, the line takes like 10-15 minutes, but guess what, lines are part of amusement parks. The ice cream is good, don't be a prick.

There is always long line to order. Once you paid you'll learn that you have to wait another line to actually get your order fulfilled.
All in all it took about 90 minutes before we got our ice cream and it was good.
That's despicable regardless of how well would the ice cream taste.

They put the toppings inside the cone in the bottom. Making them useless. Threw away the whole bottom. They need to at least mention that they do this. Truly poor customer service. Will skip this place from now on.

YUMMY ice cream. Shout out to Connor for working it like crazy while his coworker stood around. The ice cream scooper guy (Conner) was really nice and gave a good serving! I think they need more staff and more options at this location as the store is a bit empty. However, the Oreo ice cream was amazing and just what I needed for a hot day! Know that if you come here you’ll get some good portions. Oh and they have a hot chocolate machine but it’s deceiving because there isn’t anything in it. Note: A single scoop is 6.99, a double is 7.99 and additional toppings are .99 each.

Customer service was bad , the cashier she was rude and was more attentive to her phone than the customer and we had to ask for her to charge us and for the receipt as she made us wait

Card reader was down, so I wasn't able to get anything. And after waiting 10+ minutes for the people in front of me to finish.I'll give it another shot in the future and hopefully there's no technical difficulties at that time.
