This Sonoran steakhouse never disappoints! From the valet parking to the Carajillo, everything is great. The service was amazing and the waiter gave great suggestions to our group. The quality of their products is on point. The cocktails were very tasty and I selected the Malbec from Mendoza. I would expand on the wine selection. Every cut of meat is cooked to perfection. The Spring and grilled salad were a perfect addition to the meal. The service was 150%!

Saturday 8:15 AM NOT OPEN. Dish choices on the worst part of town and it's 8 o'clock past 8 o'clock and still not open on the doors if that is open at seven someone needs to update the hours.

This place is terrible! Tacos fell apart Enchilada was burnt on the bottom and a knife wouldn’t even go through. Rice and beans have no taste at all. Never go there.

I've only been here once so I may be biased but my first experience with these guys was awesome. I ordered a burrito, the palominos I think, and it was very good. It came out very fast, so fast I was almost skeptical about freshness. It was piping hot though and very tasty. Salsas were nothing to die for but the food was amazing. I saw another plate of food another guy ordered and it looked awesome as well. In terms of size this burrito was gigantic. I will be back and I recommend you try this place out as well.

We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday, when the posted hours say they are open. The place was locked and no one was there working. I can't recommend this place.

I placed an order online on 02/5/2022 my order number is 146_1914. This order was placed to "Pick up" and once I arrived they didn't even have my order made because they said that their online orders sometimes go through and sometimes they don't. I understood and waited patiently for my food. However, the food was unflavored and bland me and my friends didn't enjoy it, but whatever we ate what we could. Today 02/10/22 I am looking through my transactions and they charged me $100.64 when the online order receipt charged me $83.04. I just called the restaurant to find out why I was charged $17.06 more than my receipt and again they said that their online menu is outdated and that they have been unable to update their prices. I asked if I could get my refund of $17.06 and the "manager" said no while blaming the online company and hung up on me. I am uploading pictures for proof. Very unprofessional & unsatisfactory place for food and service.

A few weeks ago I ordered a breakfast burrito in the morning. It was very good. However, the salsa bowls were almost empty. The salsa looked like it was left over from the night before. Today I stopped by and ordered two chicken enchiladas, with rice and beans. I have had better enchiladas, rice and beans at other restaurants. The salsa bowls were almost empty again and there was dried salsa on the inside of the bowls. They really need to clean the salsa bowls and replace the old salsa with fresh salsa. Next time I want Mexican food I will go somewhere else.

Salsa bar and my bacon breakfast burrito was good. However, I don't like places that don't post prices on the menu. It's like making it up as they go. $9 bucks for a breakfast burrito. Especially when you view the menu on yelp and they are much cheaper. He said it like he didn't want to say it. I ordered it anyway and it was good. I won't be back but it was decent.
Everytime I come here I get the 12 roll tacos. Never disappointed by them! If I wasn't leaving SD I would be here WEEKLY! I will think of them when I fly back to visit! Heavily recommended

Open early for breakfast! They've got everything you'd want from a Mexican restaurant and more. Quality ingredients as well. They've got a few veggie options that you can order with or without queso y crema. The restaurant is clean, service is fast and friendly, and there's nothing I can say that's negative! I'd probably come in more often if it was open later though haha. If you need more help to go to 24 hours, let me know ;) Gracias!!!

Taco Tuesday... feed a family for $25 or less. Excellent value for the price. The carne asada tacos are a good stable option, been getting the fish tacos lately and enjoying them. Highly recommend their Taco Tuesday special. Prices went up, but understandably so. $1.50 each as of this review.

Went to this Mexican restaurant on Wednesday, October 20 and ordered a carne asada burrito. The young lady provided splendid customer service with a smile and the burrito was simply delicious. I love this place, great place to eat, service is excellent

I always like to give 5 stars when I can but I'm willing to give 1 star when it's deserved. The only reason Palominos doesn't get 5 stars is because I ordered the carnitas burrito. It was good, really good, but I have yet to find a taco shop in San Diego that can beat the carnitas burrito at Lolita's on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. So, the fifth star is a couple miles away - at least for carnitas :-) So, it was a good burrito and it came out blazingly fast after ordering at the counter. I was the only customer but it's early for lunch (11:30). Clean tables and the owner(?) brought my burrito to my table on a tray with napkins and two huge squeeze bottles of salsa. I always choose red for meat and the salsa was above average but not super spicy. I've been there before and although I don't remember what I ordered, it was a similarly good experience.
