Worst service I have ever experienced. I waited 15-20 minutes patiently in line with nobody in front of me and when I asked if someone could help me a lady by the name of May asked if I would be paying with cash or card I said card and she said I could use the machine. I said I would prefer to be assisted because I had a hard time with the machine. She said they were busy and I would need to wait. Her attitude towards me was extremely difficult for me to process as I was with my children and I already suffer from depression and anxiety. After waiting about 5 more minutes and assuring her I would be waiting for someone’s assistance she said that she would not serve me because I was rude but what I experienced was her talking back to me with a harsh attitude while all I was trying to do was call them out on how they couldn’t even acknowledge me in the store and how she was being unprofessional, she continued to ask me if I ever worked in fast food and I said yes. I can tell the women was stressed and not happy to be there with the piling up orders and when I pulled my phone out and took a picture of her she went from being like whatever to having the friendliest smile, acting real condescending. Worst experience of my life with customer service. Did I mention I’m 5 months pregnant, this makes me feel like crying but I have to be strong in front of my children, I am so upset I couldn’t be helped or appreciated as a paying customer and turned away like trash. The other two employees refused to step in or assist, nobody cared.
Good choice for a quick breakfast, workers were pleasant and fast, breakfast sandwich was fresh and hot coffee was fresh and very good flavor. Nice way to start the work day.

They put more technology on and lay off more workers. I hate that the screens are for dispatch, only one then I have questions and nobody helps me because there are not many staff.

Terrible. I ordered through the touch screen on counter, I paid and the order never got processed. I had to ask a young lady to check my order and it was as if I never even placed the order. I had my receipt on hand, the kind young lady was able to give me my order after checking the receipt which I do appreciate but check your computer systems if you have people place orders through a screen in the store. Otherwise bring back the humans to take the orders. Thank you

Only have 2 people working. Waited 12 minutes while no one else was in line. Why would a donut shop in the middle of downtown have only 1 person working the front?
Major attitude problems, too. Waiting long is bad enough and then it's that too? They are really angry here. And out of cookie dough coffee.

I've been here twice recently and the workers both times have been rude as hell. Both times has been an unhappy woman. Don't work customer service if you can't be nice to people.
Could not customize items on the self serve kiosk, asked an employee who told me someone would be over to help and no one ever came over to help. Employees were just standing behind the counter talking to each other.
