They seemed like they needed a bit more staff to help out due to high volume of customers but Duke stepped up to the plate and was able to adapt to get orders out faster. Overall solid team along with his other coworkers that morning.

It's Boston's best coffee and donuts, so what do you want? But this place is also open dark and early at 5AM with a staff who act eager to get your day going. Rack full of fresh donuts, all the breakfast sandwich menu available, and already buzzing by 5:01 AM, largely thanks to all the insomniacs staying nearby at the Westin.

If you are finishing your night flight at 4 AM and need some grub before your day nap (aircrew, I'm talking to you),...

Morning crew are usually great to interact with, but if you go in there at lunch expect to be ignored and not greeted by anyone. Not so much of a grunt was exchanged between the 3 employees working there and the customers. They just did not have any interest in talking other than to themselves.
