I thought the experience with the Eco team from top to bottom was excellent. Starting from the planning process we had a great time with Christine in setting up tastings and going through the timelines. We ended up having a special protein selection (mixing a different protein and sauce compared to what was on the menu) and never tried our other dish but gave notes to the chef on what we wanted. The end result on the wedding day was ever better than what we had tried at the tasting...
