We decided to have tacos for our wedding from Eco Caters and I am so happy with how it turned out. We had the achiote braised chicken, adobo beef, and adobo jackfruit and all 3 were a huge hit! My husband is not typically a big fan of vegan food, but he loved the jackfruit and thought it was the best filling - I personally loved the beef, and the chicken was also delicious. Our guests raved about the food, and we were so happy with the affordability of the catering packages.

Great experience working with Eco for our July 2024 wedding! Their catering menu mixes flavors beautifully and offers lots of flexibility in meal choices and dietary restrictions. Producing high quality food at such large quantities (175 plated entrees) is no small feat, and we got compliments that we had the best food at any wedding our guests had attended.
