Wow, what a great discovery! I had no idea that Breakfast Republic had a sister shop serving amazing egg sandwiches. The original egg sandwich was absolutely delicious. I particularly loved the California version with its crunchy and salty hashbrown pairing. I stopped by during the New Year holiday for a quick breakfast, and I was pleased to find a short line and a concise menu that made choosing easy. I stopped by after having a bad experience somewhere else. The menu is super limited so I didn't expect much. Mannnnnnn when I tell you my sandwich was fire! I ordered the California. My turkey patty was thick and juicy and the flavor profile was insane. I will def. Be back when I come back to San Diego. The only con is that small a%s cup they put your $5 vanilla cold foam coffee in...lol..other than that, I recommend.

☕ We ordered some brewed coffee to sip on while waiting to get in at their sister restaurant, The Breakfast Republic, which is right next door. The coffee was good and we loved the cups. ?
