Employees were there at 415am but the manager didn't show. Had to leave at 510 to catch my flight. Manager should be fired
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it didn't come with cream cheese what kinda joke is that for a bagel shop it should automatically come with cream cheese or the cashier should at least asked or let me know if didn't come with cream cheese I had to eat a dry bagel.
Brisket Sand is good. It has crispy bagel, strong pepper, extended cheese. It must be match coffee. It has quiet mood instead of the shop is located in a airport.

I didn't eat any food. All of their menus, stated a price for $7.95. when I went up to order and pay for it, they tried to charge me $17.16. When I said that's not what the sign says, they replied, Oh the signs on the outside give that price. I refused to pay and left. Checked the outside signs and they all say $7.95 for the sandwich I wanted too something very fishy going on there.
As airport counter service goes it was above average. Service was quick and efficient. The bagels however was quite messy and difficult to eat in an airport gate chair but tasty nonetheless less. Restaurant choices are a joke here unless
You want to leave the terminal which requires TSA hassle again.
Really good bagel sandwich!
Adding 2% surcharge to already overpriced items is not ok. Food was mediocre at best.
It was my first time coming here between 5:10-5:44 before I took my flight.I ordered my food it was 2 egg white santa fe sandwich on everything bagel and a Carmel cold brew.The cashier was very helpful and attentive he was never an issue. I received my bagel and coffee I walked to the charging station and noticed my bagel wants a every bagel so I first thought I had wrong San which so I asked a guy who was toasting the bagels hey I ordered an everything bagel.He aggressively said No you didn’t I was right there and You did not!I felt uncomfortable as if he was saying I was lying so I said is there a difference I gotta pay and he just looked at me.I walked off disappointed and I came back because I really wanted to try the bagels here.So I asked a different guy who was making coffees and he started doing the right thing by retaking order then the rude ass girl who was making sandwiches walked up to him to argue and say I didn’t order a everything bagel right in my face and being loud.She kept saying I was lying so I then became outraged because the lack of customer service is sad.I then got loud and said regardless if you heard me or not that’s what I ordered so if I need to pay the difference it’s fine!She kept arguing with the rude ass toaster kid.
At this point I look crazy arguing over a bagel and I’m fed up I tell them I want my refund because this is crazy.The cashier confirmed what I asked for which was an everything bagel!He apologized when no one else did.The rude ass sandwich maker just laughed and continued to talk shit.I asked for a manager who had to come from downstairs.He walked up not concerned or worried about just happened.I told him what had occurred and he brushed me off as well like oh it will go back to your card and I said it’s crazy no one is apologizing or trying to make things right.He said you can get something from cooler.I didn’t get anything but my return and I left.this is sad.As a previous district manager for food establishments you all should reevaluate your employees and retrain.Order 134

The breakfast burrito was one of the best meals I've had in an airport. The staff are pretty efficient despite being busy.
First off, gave me the wrong bagel and the bagel tasted microwaved and absolutely no flavor.
Granted it's a tough week, busy, etc, but I'm also working and smiling and trying to keep spirits up. These reviews are always more about management than staff. I'm guessing management is home with family leaving staff to carry the holiday.
Lines were long and slow, chai iced tea was the WORST I've ever tasted ... Like threw it away awful. Didn't taste like chai or tea, something was definitely rotten in it. No oat milk, no tap to pay, no airport employee rate. Staff was grumpy probably because they aren't well supported by their bosses and are given sub par products. Just a bummer way to start the day.

The Garden Avocado is great! A mixture of avocado toast and everything bagel, the perfect tasting, filling and healthy combination.
