Had an early morning flight on Southwest and this was the most exciting breakfast option at the terminal.
Husband and I always love getting something from Einstein bagels and haven't been disappointed before but this was the first time trying this location and not going to lie that bagel in the sandwich Was not fresh.

I got the Santa Fe breakfast sandwich - it had the egg whites and turkey and cheese and the spread as well so that was all good there but the actual bagel itself felt quite stale. It was a bit too chewy/ rubbery and overall made the sandwich a little bit sad. The bagel is also supposed to be asiago but it didn't look like there was much asiago on top unless it had gone decolored from being baked too long ago.

Husband bought the Pepperoni Chicken Sandwich with egg white added - first bite was a little bit underwhelming but the sandwich really grows on you! Quite a good large amount of chicken in there and the chia butter was also fresh and toasty which was beautiful!
There was not super large amounts of sauce or anything, but everything went well together and it was a good sandwich.

Also picked up one of the strawberry chicken salads to go. Nice to see that they have these fresh creative options to take on the go. It also had some almonds and cranberries in it so this was definitely another one of the items they put some thought into making. Just as a heads up, there is no dressing in this salad and I was a little skeptical at first about whether everything would go together (together even though I honestly don't use too much dressing myself) but there was no dressing needed here. Another good thing because it made it so much healthier!

Another little downside here is that they wouldn't accept the coupon that I had that would give me a free bagel with the order. They said they don't accept coupons at this location.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese in a plain bagel and got egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Check your bagels. They take advantage that people are in a rush and don't check. CHECK!

Quick service, average food, decent price. It was something decent to eat while waiting for my ride. Also the only food option I could find without having to shuttle to terminal 1.

Absolutely pathetic micro sized bagel sandwich for nearly $11. Shrinkflation at its best, another restaurant to avoid.

Server was very unfriendly. Asked for water with my order. She said we have tap water and handed me a glass of WARM tap water.
No ice. Wow
After spending money there, I don't think I would go back if the same server (girl) is there. To many other places to spend money in the airport (pre-security)

Got the hot chocolate and an egg & cheese bagel. The hot chocolate was honestly one of the worst I’ve had—barely any flavor. It seemed like I was drinking hot water. The bagel was decent, nothing special, but wish they added some form of seasoning. I went during peak hours, so it was really busy, but they still managed to serve the food timely.

Asked specifically for them to cut the sandwiches in half and the woman at the checkout said they always do. Then when I got them, I asked them woman if they were cut in half and she said no. I looked at the woman at the counter and was like what the heck. Then the other woman said there are plastic knives over there and we can’t take the sandwiches back to cut them. Please refund my $5 tip. Did you ever try to cut a bagel with cream cheese with a plastic knife - everything goes everywhere. Garbage.

Good coffee selection and cream. Great for on the go. Quick and hot and the smear on the raisin cinnamon bagel was just needed on a trip to ABQ. Will go again for sure at the airport, next time.

Walked in with two friends after checking in our luggage and then waited 10 minutes, while looking at the dozens of fresh bagels, before we got to the counter. The young service worker doesn’t even greet us and begins with “I’m the only worker here and I’m going on my 15 minute break right now. Even after my break, I’m only serving coffee and 8 items and none of the sandwich bagels.” We didn’t even communicate back and just walked out. Terrible experience! First and last time I walk into an Einsteins bagels. Clearly they haven’t done their due diligence starting with corporate all the way down to customer service.

Don’t bother with the long line for sub par VERY mediocre food. This should not be marketed as Einstein’s. My 5 dollar cold brew was undrinkable (extremely sour taste ie. did not brew long enough) and my toasted bagel was cold, un toasted with cream cheese lumped on one side and not even cut. Should have just thrown my 13 bucks in the trash, more efficient after a 35 minute wait for this garbage.
