Einstein Bros. Bagels

They charge $2 for cream cheese which sets the expectations high but barley put any on your bagel. Really disappointed.

Overall decent for grabbing a quick breakfast. Bagels and sandwiches are more expensive than expected, but the taste is pretty good. It’s also kind of weird how they leave app/web orders on a shelf near the door where anybody can take or touch them.

Husband went to go pick up 2 sandwiches, order was given to another customer. Got back in line to wait again, fixed the issue only for the order to be given to us wrong. Unfortunately didn’t have anymore time to wait around as we’ve got to get to work. Love Einstein bagels so I’m pretty disappointed.

I came almost an hour early to pick up my order and they accommodated my order early. They also had the freshest coffee for me! The employees were all so kind and they are running things so efficiently. Not to mention everything is super clean, even after the morning rush. Hands down best Einstein Bagels location!

I decided to stop by Einstein Bagel to get a sandwich and cinnamon roll. I am very disappointed with the cinnamon roll. I want to know why it looks like this there is no icing on it at all and why is it hard. I was not reminded about getting my chips I thought everything was in the bag and it was not. I will not be back for awhile, so very disappointed!

Slow service if you mobile order. Food not very hot and they simply cant complete an order to save their life missing bagel and lg OJ on two small orders. Staff both front end and management were indifferent to the problems only wanted me to understand how busy they were. That was not the problem. The problem, simply was I mobile ordered and received my food almost 45 minutes later, and saw over a dozen different people come in and order from the counter and get their food in minutes! What a joke! They even have a sign that says mobile ordering is faster! Nope false advertising at its finest. Staff could have made up for this but chose to argue that they are so busy and I need to understand that, yet the fundamental reason for my complaint was the time and speed based on seeing g many others get food faster! It had nothing to do with how busy they were!
