The bagel tasted good but that's about it with this place.

Strike 1 is, even though the bagel sandwich was good, it's small and not very filling. I remember these being bigger. Shrinkflation maybe.

Strike 2 is the people working there seemed miserable. Pro tip: if you pay bottom of barrel wages then you're not going to get the best talent to work your store. Invest in your employees.

Strike 3 (and the biggest whiff of all) is the iced coffee is NASTY! I mean it was absolutely disgusting. I poured it out and went to another shop just because I couldn't drink that... stuff. That's the nicest descriptor I can give. Just awful, no good, unappealing coffee.

The bagel tasted good, though, so it wasn't a complete failing.

Thank you to Sophie for her wonderful customer service. I ordered two sandwiches inside and unwrapped them at home. Unfortunately the sandwiches were missing eggs, but Sophia happily took my call and was able to get me store credit. Bagels were and are always amazing.

I deliver for Uber Eats and showed up to pick up an order and was told by an employee that she didn't have the order because she made a mistake with it. I said o k and expected it to be prioritized and ready in a few minutes. I ended up waiting close to 30 minutes because they had no sense of urgency to prioritize what should have already been done. I was offered a drink while waiting but already had one.So I asked for a $5 gift card, and they told me that they do not have that which is a lie. They sell gift cards and if that amount was too low they could have given me more. I would never come back here.

Delicious food and fast service! Their cold drinks are some of the best and pair perfectly with the bagels. Just keep in mind they don’t serve hot coffee here, likely due to the neighboring Starbucks. Overall, a great spot for fresh bagels and quick bites.

Wonderful staff! Bagels are similar to a New York bagel. My favorite is the pretzel bagel.

Everything thing was very tasty. Service was great and friendly. My sandwich and bagel was perfect. They both had a good amount of schmear...perfection. Store was clean. Very busy but it didn't bother me.

They charge $2 for cream cheese which sets the expectations high but barley put any on your bagel. Really disappointed.

Overall decent for grabbing a quick breakfast. Bagels and sandwiches are more expensive than expected, but the taste is pretty good. It’s also kind of weird how they leave app/web orders on a shelf near the door where anybody can take or touch them.

Husband went to go pick up 2 sandwiches, order was given to another customer. Got back in line to wait again, fixed the issue only for the order to be given to us wrong. Unfortunately didn’t have anymore time to wait around as we’ve got to get to work. Love Einstein bagels so I’m pretty disappointed.
