Einstein Bros. Bagels

Arrived at 1:50 PM on January 30 during posted business hours, yet the doors were locked. Staff were inside wiping down tables and clearly saw me attempting to enter but made no effort to acknowledge me or explain the closure. If you are not serving customers at that time, hours should reflect that.

This location was very short staffed but employees were doing their best to serve all their customers with a smile and even gave me a larger cup for coffee than I paid for, for my wait. Times are tough and I appreciate great service in this economy. Thank you Renzo and David.

I went into the store at approximately 9: 15 and waited about 10 minutes to be taken care of. When I got to the car and opened the box with my bagel, it was not toasted and it was not scooped. I went back in and the Manager, who was here on September 13 at approximately 9:30 was incredibly rude and obnoxious and shouted as I left the store. “Have a good day ma’am.” She is disrespectful and unprofessional. Very unhappy.
The kids who were working hard were delightful.

Cashier can’t take orders correctly, even after clarifying I got the wrong bagel. Employees snickering behind the register.

We waited about 30 minutes for our bagels. We had asked the guy taking orders about ours. The lady making the bagels had given our order to the wrong person, calling the wrong name. She then sighed and complained about having to remake our order, even though it was her mistake. We waited another 20 minutes for our remake order, and that order was incorrect.

I go here every Sunday and get a garlic bagel. food’s great and quick service. but not that much seating but you can get a coffee at starbucks and sit in there. UPDATE I came at 9:00 and there were out of plain, garlic and pretzel, come back 30 minutes later still out of pretzel! You only get 5 star because the bagels are so good.

Food was good but they messed both my order and boyfriends. I asked for a thin bagel and got a normal one. He asked for avocado on both his bagels and received none on both
