I ordered online and when I got to the store my order wasn't ready. I even called to verify if my order was received through on line and the person who answered, he said that it will be ready at 7:26am. I got there at 7:20. I waited for 25 mins to prepare my order.And made me more upset, the manager didn't even apologize to me.VERY POOR SERVICE....

We’ve given this place more chances than we should have. The food is admittedly good, which is the only reason we kept coming back. But the number of times they’ve gotten our order wrong is just out of hand. Today was no different—they got our order wrong again and to top it off, they overcharged us. At this point, it doesn’t even feel like a coincidence anymore. Consistency and attention to detail clearly aren’t a priority here. Very disappointing.

We’ve been going there 2-3 times a week for almost 20 years! We order breakfast ahead of time and we meet our friends. Great food, reasonable prices and a perfect place to get together with friends. Great employees who are friendly, work hard and are very accommodating. We’ve even thrown a baby shower for one and birthdays for other workers!

For many a year have I frequented this fair establishment, and though the faces of its stewards have shifted with the passage of time, the excellence of their courtesy hath remained ever steadfast. There is a rare and singular charm in the warmth and familiarity that greets me upon each arrival. Oft am I hailed by mine own name, and ere I can utter my desire, they have set to preparing my repast, having marked my entrance. Perchance I am a creature of habit, a regular of predictable mien, yet this simple recognition doth soothe the soul and gladden the heart. These tender tokens of remembrance render this place more than a mere tavern for a fleeting repast—it becometh as unto a home. 'Tis the constancy of their service and the touch of personal care that draw me back time and again, and for this cause shall I ever hold this spot as my chosen haven.

Every single time you ask for no bacon they screw up the order and add bacon, this has happened twice now I'm sick of it, find another shop these people are on auto pilot

Stopped by to grab a quick bagel and orange juice before a quick trip. The cream cheese is grainy and not good. The orange juice is more like orange water. We took one sip and one bite and threw it away. So sad to literally throw money away and they have the audacity to ask for tips!!
Arrogant old man laughed his head off when I politely ask to use the restroom, which had a combination lock like almost all other stores in SD. He said..."sure you do", and didn't say anything else as he apear to enjoy his moment of power while smiling. I then naively responded, but it has a lock. He mumbled the combination but I had decided I would take my business elsewhere instead of rewarding his undignifying behavior. He can keep his stinky bathroom with the beggles!!! If thats the way they treat their customers, no telling what they do to the food they serve.

Came in at 7:15am on a Saturday morning (not the sexiest shift to work) with my 8 year old son. Matt, Jaylee, and Millie (sorry, probably misspelling some names) were there with smiles and positive energy. Matt helped us out mostly. He picked, cut, and packaged 2 dozen bagels. He even threw in a free cinnamon bagel for the little guy. That kind of service is so valuable and appreciated. Thanks crew!
