I ordered with the app. The quote time was 15-20. It was well past 20 when I asked for a refund and was told I should just wait because there is no manager to give me a refund and it will be quicker to wait. I can’t cancel in the app and Einsteins has no phone number to reach out to corporate. I didn’t get my food and they kept my money, which is consumer fraud.

I had such a great experience at this Einstein Bros. location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm “Good morning” and guided to exactly where I needed to go for my large online order. Marlena went above and beyond—she not only made sure everything was ready but also helped me carry it all the way to my car. Later, when I came back in to reprint receipts, Maggie was just as helpful and professional, making the process quick and easy. Both Marlena and Maggie were friendly, attentive, and made my visit smooth from start to finish. Thanks to them, I’ll definitely be placing more group orders here in the future!

Even though they messed up on my order two days in a row the manager was helpful and so was the district manager.
People need to have patience with food service employees. Human mistakes happen but no need to forget about the pros.
The food is delicious and the orange juice is on point!!!

I ordered online because I was in a hurry, The food took over 20 minutes to be ready. Should've just ordered in person.
I ordered online and when I got to the store my order wasn't ready. I even called to verify if my order was received through on line and the person who answered, he said that it will be ready at 7:26am. I got there at 7:20. I waited for 25 mins to prepare my order.And made me more upset, the manager didn't even apologize to me.VERY POOR SERVICE....

We’ve given this place more chances than we should have. The food is admittedly good, which is the only reason we kept coming back. But the number of times they’ve gotten our order wrong is just out of hand. Today was no different—they got our order wrong again and to top it off, they overcharged us. At this point, it doesn’t even feel like a coincidence anymore. Consistency and attention to detail clearly aren’t a priority here. Very disappointing.

We’ve been going there 2-3 times a week for almost 20 years! We order breakfast ahead of time and we meet our friends. Great food, reasonable prices and a perfect place to get together with friends. Great employees who are friendly, work hard and are very accommodating. We’ve even thrown a baby shower for one and birthdays for other workers!
