The tables are dirty and the employees have a terrible attitude. The lady made trouble by asking for a sauce. We are very sorry that you are not living the American dream for which you came at all costs, appreciate your work, which is a blessing from God. Don't take it out on customers who aren't at fault, that's why they don't come back.

if i could give zero stars this would be it. worst costumer service. as soon as my party walked in the cash register lady, Maria C had bad costumer service. ordered a chicken avocado quesadilla wrap. i took a bite and the chicken inside tasted like fish. i asked if i could exchange and the manager said no because i bit it. the tables were all dirty and no one was really here.. would not recommend coming to this location take your money somewhere else.

Went here last night. Food was pretty solid but the lady didn't call my number and it had been sitting out for a while.The Hispanic ladies that work there have a horrible attitude for no reason and were just generally rude as soon as I walked in. I had been in line (no others in line) for over 3 minutes before she walked over. Then they all stared me down as I grabbed my food and walked out.I have had bad customer service at other locations in the past. Seems like the horrible employees really bring this chain down when it has more potential. I hope corporate fires these terrible employees.

I recently visited a restaurant that presented concerning hygiene and customer service issues. Upon entering with my pregnant wife and our 4-year-old daughter, we were initially denied access to the restroom facilities prior to placing an order. This decision was eventually reversed following comments from other patrons.However, we encountered unacceptable conditions in the restroom. The toilet paper was soaked, either with water or urine, and the staff refused to provide a replacement. Moreover, they inappropriately suggested that my wife should smell the wet toilet paper roll to assess it.We requested the manager’s contact information to address these issues, but the staff declined to provide this. Consequently, we contacted customer support directly to lodge a complaint. Given the nature of this experience, we chose not to dine at this establishment due to concerns over potential food contamination.This incident raises serious questions about the restaurant’s adherence to basic hygiene standards and customer service practices, suggesting a need for an investigation into their operations.
